"We visited Santa Barbara in March 2021 for my husband’s final job interview and were fortunate to be given Vanessa’s name as a recommendation. Vanessa contacted us immediately and offered us a personalized tour of Santa Barbara during an entire afternoon. It was a fantastic way to start, as we were completely new to the area. This was before we even decided for certain that we were going to make the move. We began reviewing properties via email with Vanessa about a month before we arrived. She sent listings daily, was always quick to respond, and, being a Santa Barbara native, was a wealth of information, right down to the restaurants in the area, walkability, local places of interest, and, of course, Santa Barbara history. She took videos of properties and sent them to us within hours of us indicating our interest. She asked a lot of thoughtful questions, which helped us narrow down what type of home we were looking for and in what location. She was highly organized and proactive, which was great as we were living in hotels and Air nbs. Once we arrived, it took us less than a month to find the perfect place, and we are thrilled. I don’t think we could have moved so quickly had we not had Vanessa. We were in great hands from her initial tour right through closing. We were well informed every step of the way.
